Jr. Scrum Master

Scrum MasterServe as scrum master for two agile teams. Manage schedules, lead daily scrum meetings and other agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc. Help software development teams apply the Scrum framework. Plan deliverables and helping teams monitor performance. Track velocity, burndown rates and alert stakeholders to metrics. Resolve issues that hinder the teams’ work.Skills & RequirementsExperience as scrum master for two years or moreExcellent communication skillsAzure Dev Ops for work/story managementExperience working on both internal and customer-facing software projectsThe following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
