The successful candidate will be responsible for personally leading and executing sales growth strategies, maintaining direct ownership of strategic customer relationships, and driving disciplined sales execution. Additionally, the role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities across various channels and leading a team of regional sales leaders to foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture. Applicants for the Vice President role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in food wholesale, CPG, or retail distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a hands-on commercial leader, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of food products and commodity-driven businesses.
