Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr A growing healthcare system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire an HR Manager for their hospital system. This is a full-time permanent position. This role will sit fully onsite in Nashua, NH. Responsibilities Partner with leadership to address engagement concerns, analyze exit interview trends, and implement retention strategies that boost morale and reduce turnover. Lead initiatives that foster inclusivity, enhance employee experience, and promote a culture of well-being and organizational success. Support leadership in workforce and succession planning, while guiding managers in identifying and developing high-potential talent. Deliver targeted training on conflict resolution, performance management, and policy compliance to strengthen workplace collaboration and respect. Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters—terminations, restructuring, leave, and accommodations—ensuring alignment with policy and legal standards.
