Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN COTA

The Opportunity Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Circleville, Ohio to help residents build skills for safer, more independent daily living. You’ll carry out treatment plans under an OT’s direction, document progress, and partner with the care team to support patient-centered goals. Responsibilities include delivering therapeutic interventions, adapting activities and equipment, tracking outcomes, and communicating updates to clinicians and families as appropriate. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited OTA program Current COTA/OTA licensure in Ohio CPR preferred; strong documentation and communication skills Experience in skilled nursing/senior care is a plus If you’re ready to make a meaningful difference as a PRN COTA. Your Typical Shift You’ll start by reviewing the day’s schedule and notes, then move between resident rooms and therapy spaces to guide purposeful, hands‑on sessions. Throughout the shift, you’ll coordinate quick touchpoints with the OT and interdisciplinary team, adjust the flow as needs change, and finish by completing timely documentation so the next clinician has a clear picture of progress.
