Shift Timing:8:30am-4:30pm (NOTE: Position does not work remotely)
Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
Complete Description:
A valid Driver's License is required for this position, and the candidate needs to have their own vehicle.
Under supervision, perform housing related assistance and act as a liaison between the Division of Housing & Community Resources and the department's Regulatory services in receiving, formulating and transmitting requests for legal advice on behalf of the Division; conduct hearings for Division and render written decisions as required; review & analyze Division's program documents including reasonable accommodation requests; conduct legal research on rules and regulations on programs and review policies and procedures for compliance: provide technical guidance on Legislative Agenda items and complete special projects as assigned within established time frames. Handles OPRA requests as records custodian.
