We’re seeking an experienced Account Executive to help expand our trusted home health services by leveraging existing industry connections and developing new referral partnerships throughout the community.

What You’ll Do
Utilize your existing healthcare network to generate referrals and new business opportunities immediately.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, case managers, and community organizations.
Present and promote our home health services to referral partners and prospective clients.
Develop strategic outreach plans to consistently grow your territory and referral base.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed growth goals.
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Stay informed on healthcare trends, market developments, and referral patterns to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, physician liaison, or account management.
Existing network of healthcare professionals and referral sources within the community.
Ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven professional.
Passion for improving patient outcomes and supporting quality care.
