Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Store Manager – Parts Authority Join our growing team as an Assistant Store Manager, assisting with store operations, customer relations, sales, and staff management. Responsibilities Work with existing and new customers to generate revenue opportunities and execute plans to capitalize on them. Handle cash‑on‑delivery accounts. Log lost sales. Review and report on sales numbers. Manage invoices and review credits. Collaborate with salespeople to visit customers. Ensure customers receive timely deliveries. Follow up with customers who are not responding. Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a professional counter person or assistant manager in the automotive industry. Knowledge of automotive parts preferred. Experience with AS400 and/or terminal services a plus. Proficient on a PC. Outstanding customer relations skills. Strong personnel management skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated drive to achieve results. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license preferred. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/walk up to 10 hours, squat, bend, reach, and climb stairs safely.
