Current Openings Position: Tech Location: Tallahassee, FL Job Id: 534 # of Openings: 1 Tech Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tech to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. This position requires extensive driving to various job sites, so a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience and certifications related to water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration, as well as reconstruction work. Key Responsibilities Travel frequently to job sites across the Tallahassee area and surrounding regions. Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification. Conduct fire and smoke damage cleanup and restoration. Identify and remediate mold issues following industry standards. Assist with reconstruction (recon) tasks as needed to restore properties. Handle biohazard cleanup and remediation safely and effectively. Follow IICRC standards and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance. Maintain and operate restoration equipment and tools properly. Document work performed and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Required Skills & Certifications Valid IICRC certifications related to Water, Fire, Mold, and Biohazard restoration. Proven experience as a restoration Tech with a strong understanding of industry best practices. Ability and willingness to drive extensively throughout the workday. Knowledge of reconstruction (recon) processes and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in restoration or related field preferred.
