USA TODAY is seeking an Executive Editor of Audience & Digital Production to lead the newsroom's digital audience strategy and production across platforms. This senior editor will drive signature digital experiences that grow reach, deepen engagement, and build reader loyalty. Reporting to the SVP, the role designs a scalable operating model, leads a 23–30 person team of editors, producers and platform specialists, and drives data-driven decisions, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-pillar #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Today
