- Business AnalystApply**Job#: 3055771****Job Description:**Job Tittle: Business Analyst**Location:** Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Business Analyst with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead idea generation, development, and implementation. This role involves providing strategic leadership, overseeing project execution, and modifying business processes for use across various departments. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities* Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful project outcomes.* Define, manage, and control project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.* Identify, communicate, and liaise with key stakeholders and between various business departments.* Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs and financial reports, using data analytics tools.* Develop and execute comprehensive risk management and mitigation strategies to proactively address project challenges.* Monitor project performance, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide regular status updates to leadership.* Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.* Apply advanced project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.* Lead cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.* Mentor and coach project team members, promoting professional development and project management excellence.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.**Experience:** 10 to 15 years of progressive project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.**Skills:** Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and software. Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are necessary.
