Your Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients

• Reach out to qualified leads and guide customers to the insurance solutions that best match their needs

• Educate clients on a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, Business, and more

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to build lasting partnerships

• Consistently meet individual sales goals

• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

• Pursue ongoing training and professional development to grow your expertise

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred

• Solid communication and relationship-building abilities

• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
