Activities Aide Job Summary As an Activities Aide at Absolut Care of Gasport, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating a stimulating and engaging environment. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities, social events, and outings that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere Assist in preparing for and participating in activities, including arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs Provide support and guidance to residents with daily living tasks, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and dietary, to ensure a holistic approach to care About the Role As an Activities Aide, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being of our residents.
