As a Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Logistics Manager and serve as the key liaison between production facilities and logistics partners. In this role, you will play a vital part on the team by managing vendor relationships, driving on-time delivery performance, and resolving outbound shipping issues to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Supply & Transport Coordination: Liaise daily with supply planning and buying teams to schedule, organize, and monitor ongoing supply chain transportation.

• Carrier & Cost Optimization: Compare multiple vendor quotations, tender loads to chosen carriers, and build strategic supplier relationships to drive cost savings.

• Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor all shipments through to final delivery while keeping cross-functional teams updated on status changes.

• Compliance & Scheduling: Enforce company SOPs for delivery and packing requirements while actively booking delivery appointments in Data Docks.

• Logistics & Layout Planning: Organize, update, and manage weekly truck layouts to maximize transport efficiency.

• Process Improvement: Assist in developing, maintaining, and refining SOPs to support continuous logistics improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or manufacturing with a strong interest in logistics. (WMS, TMS, ERP Logistics, etc.)

• Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional MS Excel skills and quantitative background used to drive data-based problem solving.

• Proactive Ownership: Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset, taking full initiative beyond the standard scope of assignments.

• Organization & Execution: Highly organized with exceptional follow-up abilities to ensure key results are consistently met.

• Interpersonal & Drive: Self-motivated, adaptable, and assertive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Details

• Set-up: Temporary Work-from-Home
• Schedule: Rotational Monday to Sunday with 2 days off
  • Must be amenable to work during Holidays and Weekends
• Shift Time: 9:00pm to 6:00am MNL (US support)
