What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments on hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vascular access sites and patient stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and intensivists to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Maintain safety standards compliant with hospital policies and infection control practices
• Provide compassionate care in a team-oriented environment, fostering positive patient experiences

What You Need

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
• Competency with all vascular access types
• Proficiency with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills
