What You'll Do

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis sessions
• Monitor treatment efficacy, vascular access sites, and patient stability continuously
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists, hospitalists, and intensivists
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and dialysis best practices
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment while providing compassionate care

What You Need

• Valid Tennessee RN license or license in a compact state
• At least 2 years' recent experience in acute dialysis, ICU preferred
• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Skilled in all dialysis vascular access types
• Proficient with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and autonomous work capability
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, acute care environments
