Driving strategic growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Federal Market Director will lead multiple seller-doers within the Buildings Sector, focusing on revenue objectives and market development for federal clients, with options for remote work. Key responsibilities Create and implement a market development strategy for federal clients, achieving sales and revenue targets Coordinate with peers across sectors to align strategies and ensure effective execution Build and lead a team focused on federal clients while establishing trusted advisor relationships to enhance revenue and profitability Required qualifications Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within the Federal Market Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering; additional business degree is a plus Professional state registration(s) in architecture or engineering is a plus Strong network and reputation in the Federal marketplace Proven experience in strategic thinking and managing cross-functional teams
