Build relationships and consult with customers to determine the right building for their needs. Respond quickly to inbound web, phone, and social media leads. Design custom buildings using our 3D Shed Builder. Educate customers on payment options, including our Rent-to-Own program. Guide customers through site preparation, delivery, and post-sale support. Merchandise the sales lot by maintaining clean displays, accurate pricing, signage, and fresh inventory presentation. Capture photos and create social media content highlighting inventory and promotions. Maintain accurate customer records, quotes, and follow-up activities within our CRM. Contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging teammates, accepting feedback, and demonstrating ownership in everything you do. --- What Success Looks Like 8-12 buildings sold per month Five-minute or less response time to new leads during business hours 100% same-day follow-up on all new inquiries 25-35% close rate on qualified opportunities Strong profit margin management while maintaining an exceptional customer experience Accurate quotes, contracts, financing paperwork, and CRM documentation --- What You'll Bring Three or more years of consultative sales experience preferred (retail, home improvement, building materials, RV, trailer, automotive, or similar industries) A proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills High integrity with a servant-hearted mindset Confidence using CRM software, smartphones, e-signature platforms, and basic spreadsheets Ability to work Saturdays Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed around the sales lot Valid driver's license with a clean driving record --- Compensation & Growth 7% uncapped commission Performance bonus opportunities Comprehensive product and sales training Faith-driven, team-oriented culture Sundays off so you can spend time with family, rest, and worship --- Why Timberline?
