If selected but the candidate does not yet possess this license, they will be hired initially as a Sales Scheduler (paid at minimum wage and capped at 35 hours/week). Upon obtaining the HIS license, the employee will transition into the Solar Sales Direct Seller role, which is 100% commission-based. Compensation ranges: average $60,000–$100,000 (location and personal success dependent); top performers can earn $205,020+ per year.
