Responsibilities Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience. Communicate effectively both in-person, over the phone and via email to discover the customer’s needs. Serve as an advocate for Pack Auto Group by sharing what makes us the smart choice. Facilitating steps of the sales process, such as interviews, vehicle selection, test drives and financing. Seek out opportunities to follow-up with customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating teamwork. Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
