Senior Robotics Software Engineer

We're partnering with an exciting, venture-backed robotics company developing next-generation autonomous systems for real-world logistics applications. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Robotics Software Enginee r to play a key role in building and deploying production robotic systems. What You'll Be Doing Develop production-grade robotics software using modern C++ and Python. Build, test and deploy software on autonomous robotic platforms. Work across hardware and software to bring up, debug and optimise robotic systems. Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical and firmware engineers. Contribute to the architecture and evolution of a growing robotics platform. What We're Looking For 4+ years of commercial robotics software experience. Strong C++ and Python development skills. Experience with ROS2 in production environments. Hands‑on experience bringing up and debugging robotic hardware. Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership. Nice to Have Manipulation or warehouse robotics. Motion planning. Robot perception or grasping. Embedded Linux. Docker. CAN bus or other robotics communication protocols. Experience with BLDC or stepper motor systems. Why Apply?
