Our agency opened in 2010 and is a close-knit team of five. My path in the industry has come full circle - I first opened an agency in 2003, spent time in leadership for four years, and then returned to agency ownership with a strong foundation of experience. I’m a graduate of the University of Texas and am married to another State Farm agent. We have five children, and as a family we enjoy fishing, hunting, and traveling whenever we have the chance. For our team, we offer a strong focus on work-life balance along with ongoing training and development to help you grow in your role and build a long-term career. Our office culture is supportive and flexible. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, works well with others, and is also comfortable working independently when needed. If you’re driven and enjoy a mix of teamwork and autonomy, this could be a great fit for you. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Darren Boone - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
