Part-Time Lab Associate: Creative Support

Visual Lab AssociateResponsible for assisting the Lab Management & Visual Merchandising teams in creative, documentation and operational aspects of the Visual Lab Store, including the building and maintenance of all floorsets, inventory control, and upholding visual standards.Uphold all corporate visual, marketing and operational standardsPrepare lab store for all scheduled events and walk throughsWork directly with lab management to execute all assigned visual directionBuild creative displays, wall presentations, and dress bustformsFold, hang, and style merchandiseComplete tasks at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of detailOrganize and place marketing elements as directedAssist visual team with documentation needs including write ups and photographyAssist management team create seasonal floorset processing guidesUnpack, process, and organize shipmentMaintain stockroom organizationMaintain cleanliness and maintenance of the lab storesObserve for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual activityPerform additional duties as assignedStrong prioritization, interpersonal, and problem solving skillsStrong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a teamWork and communicate well with a diverse group of individuals at multiple levelsSelf motivated with critical attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environmentMinimum High School Diploma.
