Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Collaborate effectively within a team-based environment. Requirements 2-5 years of experience in labor and employment law. Strong communication and analytical skills. Licensed to practice law in Tennessee. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
