SCHEDULE
Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of ER Experience
- Active Illinois/IL License
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- American Heart Association ACLS Certification
- American Heart Association PALS Certification
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty (Emergency Room)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimum care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.
- Participate in continuous professional development and education.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
Required: 4 Saturday and Sundays within an 8-week schedule.
