Job Description Job Description Front Desk Receptionist/Administrator Location : Reston, VA Mon: 10am-5pm (occasionally Chantilly, if needed) Wed – Thu: 10am-4pm Fri: 10am-5pm (occasionally Chantilly, if needed) MUST live within 20 minutes of Chantilly/Reston Compensation: $18/h Work Model: Onsite – onsite Responsibilities Welcome guests and greet visitors at the company, serving as the first point of contact. Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness of lobby and common areas, including kitchens. Greet and direct visitors such as vendors, clients, job candidates, and customers. Sign for packages and accept mail, coordinating pick-up and delivery of express services (FedEx/UPS). Monitor inventory and stock supplies for the office and break room. Maintain conference room calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts. Handle administrative support activities including answering calls and filing. Assist with copying, collating, and preparing presentations and handouts. Coordinate meetings and set-ups, including food ordering as needed. Manage special administrative projects from Accounting, HR, Security, and other departments. Requirements One year of administrative experience. Friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Good judgment and discretion. Ability to learn and adapt to change.
