FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Job Description Job Description Our company is currently seeking a FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER to join our team!You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial statements for our company. Responsibilities: Reconcile high volume bank statements accurately and timely Prepare reconciling journal entries Prepare and update insurance schedules and other reconciling schedules Prepare month end financials through close with accuracy and attention to detail Record accounts payable entries as needed Check the accuracy of transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, debits and credits Ability to prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday from 8:30-5:00.
