About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Take orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and wine pairings.

Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.

Handle cash and credit transactions with precision and integrity.

Assist in training new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.

Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Valid bartending license or certification preferred.

Strong multitasking skills and a positive attitude under pressure.

Must be at least 18 years old and able to serve alcohol responsibly.
