Apogee Architectural MetalsPosition SummaryApogee Enterprises, Inc (APOG, a public company) is looking for a Recruiter to support our Architectural Metals business segment. As a Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to the business by partnering closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that enhance our ability to attract and secure top talent. The incumbent will drive all aspects of full lifecycle recruiting including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, and hiring. This role will support production hourly recruitment for our Monett, MO site and also flex to support other sites based on business needThis role is full-time and based in Monett, MO. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and ideal candidate profilesDevelop and implement recruiting strategies using diverse techniques and channels including online sourcing databases, employee referrals, cold-calling, professional organizations and associationsBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and advise them on the talent landscape and recruiting strategiesDevelop strong external networks and bring new strategies and out of the box thinking to source and secure top talentKeep current on external market factors as well as new best practices and trends in recruitingEffectively utilize our ATS (Workday Recruiting) to track and manage the recruiting processFollow current processes but also recognize opportunities for greater efficiencies and better practicesEstablish routines to ensure ongoing communication with hiring managers and other internal partnersEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting and hiring processReport on key sourcing and recruiting metrics and leverage the data and analytics to inform future recruiting strategiesChampion our diversity & inclusion strategy and initiativesHelp manage relationships with external search firms/agencies when applicableGeneral HR support as neededQualificationsBachelor’s or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing industryPrior agency/third party recruitment experience (preferred)Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred)Strong business and recruiter acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including legal and OFCCP recruiting requirementsProven ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong relationship building and networking skills Demonstrated ability to interact with candidates and managers at all levelsBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)Our BenefitsWe care about and invest in our employees.
