The TriStar Food & Nutrition Prep Cook will be an experienced and competent professional who is responsible for the preparation, cleanliness, and organization of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

Job Specific Functions:

• Reads production sheets and forecasts production needs for assigned areas.
• Stocks food items for assigned areas.
• Prepares food items requested for assigned areas according to recipes or suggested guidelines.
• Performs assigned cleaning by supervisors and must be skilled in equipment operations.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1 year food handling experience preferred
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire preferred
