BW Industrial Construction is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to lead business development efforts with Korean clients and Koreaowned industrial organizations. In this role, you will use your technical understanding, cultural fluency, and sales acumen to generate new opportunities and deepen relationships with Korean EPCs and industrial owners. Candidates should have a strong background in industrial construction or engineering and a demonstrated ability to build highvalue client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify Koreanrelated industrial opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Grow BWs presence with Korean clients, Koreanowned companies, and EPC partners operating in the U.S.
• Analyze client needs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and industrial construction scopes.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Korean business practices and U.S. market conditions.
• Support bilingual presales communication, proposals, and early project discussions.
• Coordinate smooth handoff to estimating and operations.
  
• Demonstrate a proactive, relationshipdriven, resultsfocused approach to problemsolving.

Requirements

• 2+ years of BD or sales engineering experience in construction/engineering, ideally supporting Korean clients or industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success building and leveraging active contacts.
• Proven relationshipbuilding skills with Korean stakeholders.
• Understanding of U.S. construction markets and Korean client expectations.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must speak Korean and English.

• Job Type: Flexible, Full-time, or Part-time opportunities
• Schedule: Flexible, 8- hour shift (5 days per week) for full-time role
• Work Location: Houston (hybrid/remote)
• Compensation: Base plus enhanced commission; depends on experience
