We're looking for a proven capital equipment closer, already living in Florida, to own the Miami market and turn existing relationships into $40K–$100K+ system sales. Our role goes beyond the sale: we support every client through delivery, training and onboarding so each system delivers clinical and commercial results. Your territory, your way: real autonomy to build Miami, without micromanagement. You sell, we handle the rest: our team supports contracts, delivery, training and onboarding. What you'll do Activate your network and prospect new accounts through field visits, referrals and industry events. Qualify each practice's clinical needs, business goals, budget, and decision-makers. Lead in-person and virtual consultations and equipment demos. Build the business case: clinical value, ROI, revenue potential and financing options. Own the full cycle, from first meeting through negotiation to signed contract. Keep your pipeline and next steps current in the CRM. Must-haves Currently based in Florida. This is a field role; relocation candidates will not be considered. Proven record personally closing aesthetic lasers, energy-based devices or comparable capital equipment. Active relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians, med spas or practice owners, ready to generate opportunities in month one. Verifiable results: recent revenue, quota attainment, units sold or deal sizes. Experience running a territory and long, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles independently. Comfort discussing ROI, practice profitability, and equipment financing. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and professional English. Nice to have Based in Miami or South Florida with an active book of local aesthetic accounts Experience opening new territories with limited supervision Professional Spanish and experience selling to both U.S. and Latino clients Not a fit if You live outside Florida. Your background is mainly in treatments, skincare, memberships, or consumables. You supported demos, trained users, or managed accounts without owning the close.
