About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Mediengestalter / Grafik Designer (m/w/d) to join our creative team at ROBEL Bahnbaumaschinen GmbH in Freilassing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent corporate design across multiple channels including print, digital platforms, trade fairs, and marketing campaigns. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and supporting our international B2B marketing and sales efforts. You will conceptualize and create visual content that aligns with strategic brand objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence. Additionally, you will plan and execute photo and video productions, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to bring creative ideas to life and elevate our brand imagery. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a completed education or degree in graphic or communication design, complemented by several years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the B2B or industrial sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is essential, along with foundational skills in video and image editing. Experience in developing and implementing corporate design guidelines, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling through photo and video content, is highly desirable. Excellent command of both German and English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate within our international environment. A creative mindset, structured approach, and commitment to quality are critical attributes for success in this role. Responsibilities Further developing and ensuring the consistency of our corporate design across all communication channels, including print, digital media, trade shows, and campaigns. Conceptualizing and designing marketing and sales materials tailored for the international B2B market, aligning visual content with strategic brand and product positioning. Deriving design solutions from strategic requirements such as brand guidelines, product features, and target audience insights. Creating and refining layouts, visual themes, and comprehensive visual systems that enhance our brand presence. Planning, executing, and overseeing photo and video shoots, including developing concepts, managing production, and editing visual content for various media formats. Collaborating closely with internal departments like marketing and sales, as well as external agencies and service providers, to ensure cohesive and high-quality visual output.
