This is your opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact logistics and service delivery function within a fast-growing circular technology organization dedicated to sustainability, reuse, and operational excellence. What You’ll Do You’ll lead the overhaul and optimization of U.S. logistics operations, designing scalable frameworks that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen service delivery. As the primary point of contact for operational execution and customer experience, you’ll shape logistics strategy, manage vendor networks, and build a high-performing team while ensuring smooth, reliable, and customer-centric service across all touchpoints. Key responsibilities include: Transforming and optimizing U.S. logistics operations by assessing current processes, vendor performance, and cost structures. Selecting, managing, and developing logistics vendors while fostering strong, agile partnerships. Establishing and enforcing SLAs, conducting performance reviews, and driving service excellence standards. Streamlining communication and workflows to shift from transactional logistics to a high-accountability, collaborative model. Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and process standardization. Leading, coaching, and developing the logistics team to ensure high performance and operational accountability. Serving as the escalation point for all logistics and service delivery issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Who You Are You bring deep experience in ITAD, reverse logistics, or technology asset recovery environments, with a proven track record of managing complex logistics networks and driving operational transformation. You excel in vendor selection, SLA development, and cost reduction, and you combine strong analytical skills with a hands-on, proactive leadership approach. You are a strong fit if you bring: Proven experience leading logistics operations within ITAD, reverse logistics, or technology lifecycle industries. Success in vendor management, cost reduction, service improvement, and logistics strategy. Strong customer-facing and service delivery experience, with the ability to build trusted partnerships. Skill in defining and implementing KPIs, SLAs, and performance frameworks. Hands-on, data-driven, and able to rebuild operational processes from the ground up. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across both internal teams and external partners.
