Primary Location: Northern CA, San Jose area
Shift: Day shift Workdays: 5 days/week, Monday through Friday
Working Hours: 6-7 hours per day.
Job Schedule: Full-time, 32-35 hours per week.

Pay range: Varies, commensurate with experience, competitive

Minimum Requirements
Prior experience of 3 or more years working in a clinical environment.
Medicare provider. PECOS registration ID required.
Current California State license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Other certifications as required by CA.
DEA registration.
