About the job This position will support the accounting team with timely completion of month-end close procedures, such as journal entries, reconciliations, and reports. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and positivity in a fast-paced environment and will embrace new challenges as learning opportunities. *Please note: This is a contract to hire position. We are only able to consider applicants who are eligible to work in the United States and do not require future sponsorship. This role is hybrid onsite in our San Francisco, CA office. What you’ll do Prepare journal entries and related supporting schedules Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Perform monthly account reconciliations and flux analysis Support documentation requests for financial reporting and audit Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements Help establish and maintain financial policies and procedures to support new business activities and reporting requirements Perform special ad-hoc projects as needed What you’ll bring Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance Big 4 Accounting experience is a plus 1-3 years of general ledger experience Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, sum-ifs, formatting worksheets, building reconciliations, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to prioritize assignments to meet critical deadlines Why You’ll Love Working With Us The Product-so good, you’ll be using your employee discount more than you probably should.
