About the Role: The role at the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is pivotal in overseeing the planning, design, and construction of educational facilities across New York City. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects meet stringent quality, safety, and sustainability standards while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. This position requires collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and various city agencies to deliver state-of-the-art learning environments that support the educational mission of the city. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale capital projects with complex stakeholder environments.
