Prescott Valley, Arizona • Full-Time, In-Office • $95,000–$120,000 Base Salary

Russo Modular manufactures commercial modular buildings and is expanding its operations. We are seeking a hands-on manager who can lead administrative and finance operations while personally implementing economical technology and process improvements. This is a working leadership role reporting to the Controller, with responsibility for supervising administrative/accounting staff and coordinating outsourced service providers.

What You Will Do

· Lead, delegate and verify administrative and accounting-support work across AR, AP, billing, collections, contracts, preliens and related operations.

· Personally configure, implement and maintain Zoho and other business-system workflows, automations, dashboards and management reports.

· Reduce manual tasks through efficient systems, documented SOPs, staff training and effective use of existing software subscriptions.

· Deliver technology improvements against approved budgets, milestones and measurable savings; minimize unnecessary custom programming and recurring consulting expense.

· Oversee outsourced PEO services, including recruiting, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, benefits and employee administration.

· Ensure accurate payroll/timekeeping data transfer and reconciliation into Zoho for job- and task-level labor costing.

What We Are Looking For

· A proven working manager who delegates effectively, holds teams accountable and consistently meets goals.

· Hands-on experience personally implementing business systems, reporting, workflow automation or low-code/no-code solutions—not merely managing vendors.

· Working knowledge of accounting operations, job costing, data mapping, imports/exports, reconciliations and process controls.

· Ability to document project scope, budgets, timelines, SOPs and results; construction, manufacturing, Zoho and PEO experience are advantages.
