Maintenance Director

CYPRESS GROVE POST ACUTE, Jackson, TN, US Salary Range: $41,000.00 To $52,000.00 Annually Cypress Grove Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Jackson, Tennessee, offering 170 certified beds. The facility is both Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, providing services such as long‑term care, short‑term rehabilitation, and specialized support, including dietary planning and therapy. Position Overview: The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and safety of the facility. This role ensures that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained to provide a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Director will manage daily operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
