Appointment Setter-Base + Commission (in-person)

Overview Appointment Setter (High-Performance Role) Are you tired of pulling more weight than your peers and not being compensated for it? This position is for top performers who believe in themselves and want to get paid on their abilities, not the status quo. This role is focused on turning leads into booked appointments, booked appointments into show-ups, and show-ups into revenue. You will be responsible for: Responsibilities Making 100–150+ outbound calls per shift Following up with leads who didn’t respond Rebooking missed appointments (no-call/no-shows = opportunity) Setting qualified appointments for our coaching team Driving show rate and ultimately closing revenue This is a production-based role. You are measured by output, not effort. You will receive sales and fitness training to ensure the knowledge to succeed. Compensation Base hourly pay 10–20% commission on sales generated from your appointments Paid per appointment that shows Bonus tiers for hitting booking and revenue targets Minimum Qualifications / What You Might Be a Fit For You are energetic, outgoing, and confident on the phone You have 1+ years of sales experience (fitness, retail, automotive, or similar) You have a base understanding of fitness You know how to build trust and guide conversations You are competitive and don’t like losing You can handle rejection without slowing down You show up on time and take ownership of your results Bonus points if you have experience in: Supplement sales Gym membership sales Personal training or fitness environments What Winning Looks Like 100–150+ calls per shift 10+ appointments set per shift Strong show rate Consistent revenue generated from your pipeline Why This Role Matters Most gyms sell access.
