About the Role:
Black Diamond Kids Center in Brentwood, CA is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our team! Responsibilities:
Greet and assist families, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about programs and services
Process registrations, payments, and scheduling for programs and activities
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and front desk operations
Requirements:
Previous customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor, especially around children and families
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale or scheduling software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Must pass a background check in accordance with child safety requirements
