Job Description

Level 4 RN – Cardiac OR RNFA (Contract)

Location: NY, 14642
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: $2800 – $2835 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Summary & Responsibilities

First assist in cardiac surgeries (chest exposure/closure, vein harvesting for CABG)
Support complex cardiac OR cases; maintain patient safety and documentation
Collaborate with surgical team in high-acuity cardiac environment

Requirements

Active NY RN License (required)
Minimum 2 years cardiac RNFA experience
CNOR certification (required)
BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA only)
Telemetry experience (required)

Additional Details

Experience preferred: Da Vinci robotic cases, scrubbing/circulating cardiac cases
Case types may include: CABG, structural heart (e.g., Bentall), minimally invasive valve procedures, heart failure (e.g., Impella), and heart transplants
