(QPWB), a multi-office national defense firm and the largest minority- and women-owned law firm in the United States, is seeking a paralegal to join our Naples office, supporting attorneys handling general liability litigation matters. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.About the RoleThe paralegal will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and resolution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and experienced in civil litigation.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys in all phases of general liability litigationDraft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, notices, and correspondenceReview, organize, and summarize medical records, incident reports, expert materials, and other case-related documentsManage case calendars, court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial schedulesCoordinate and communicate with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and court personnelPrepare deposition, mediation, and trial materials, including exhibits and witness filesAssist with Florida State and Federal Court filings, including electronic filing proceduresMaintain organized electronic and physical case filesConduct factual investigations and assist with case analysis as neededTrack billable time and assist with billing-related tasksQualifications3+ years of paralegal experience in civil litigationGeneral liability defense experience preferredStrong understanding of litigation procedures, court rules, and case management practicesExperience with Florida State and Federal Court filing procedures preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management softwareExcellent organizational, communication, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentParalegal certificate or degree in Legal Studies preferredWhat We OfferQPWB offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployer-paid life insurance and short-term disability401(k) with employer matchPaid vacation, holidays, and personal time offOpportunities for professional growth within a national law firmTo apply, qualified candidates should submit their resume.
