Logistics Coordinator

Location: Remote, United States (Eastern and Central Time zones)Employment Type: Full-TimeReports To: Procurement ManagerSalary Range: $65,000 – $75,000 annuallyFinal compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support procurement, transportation, and supply chain operations across our business. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring products move efficiently from origin to destination.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at keeping multiple priorities organized while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate domestic inbound and outbound shipments from order release through final delivery.Schedule shipments and deliveries with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.Monitor shipment status, proactively identify delays or issues, and communicate updates and resolution plans.Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, purchase order records, tracking information, and logistics files.Verify freight charges, assist with invoice reconciliation, and elevate discrepancies as needed.Maintain accurate data within ERP, inventory, transportation, and carrier management systems.Support inventory visibility, procurement activities, and supplier relationships.Track logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.Qualifications RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, procurement, order management, or a related coordination role.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.Professional written and verbal communication skills.PreferredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or carrier management systems.Knowledge of shipping documentation, inventory management, and transportation processes.Why Join Us?You'll play an important role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly while working with a collaborative team focused on operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.Our Core ValuesWe believe in:IntegrityCustomer FocusTeamworkRespect for PeopleAccountabilityOpen CommunicationEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
