About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Electrical Services Division. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the division's operations, including estimating, project management, and execution. This executive will be responsible for the overall business performance, strategic planning, and team development, with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities for the role include developing and implementing strategic growth initiatives, managing financial performance, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining quality standards and safety performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in the electrical construction industry, with a proven track record in operations, project execution, and business development. Strong financial, operational, and people leadership capabilities are essential, as is extensive knowledge of electrical construction, estimating, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and growth-oriented leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for developing people. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and industry certifications such as PMP or PE are preferred. The role requires a candidate who is an effective communicator, a relationship builder, and who can collaborate with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.
