To apply, please visit our career site at Benefits: \*Making NexGen Products - Cooling the World’s Ever Expanding Data Centers \*Airconditioned work environment\*Benefits start day one \*401K match \*First year, 4 weeks’ vacation (accrued)Work ScheduleFixed 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)* **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM* **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMOvertime may be required based on business needsKey Responsibilities**Leadership & Team Development*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15–25 employees, including team leads* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement* Provide clear direction, feedback, and performance management* Support hiring, training, and workforce planning**Operations Execution*** Oversee daily production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals* Maintain strong floor presence (~70%) to support teams and resolve issues* Ensure adherence to standard work, policies, and procedures* Monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions**Continuous Improvement*** Apply lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, flow)* Lead root cause problem solving and implement sustainable solutions* Maintain training matrices and build workforce capability* Drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity**Safety & Quality*** Promote and enforce a strong safety culture* Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures* Support and reinforce quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives**Administrative*** Manage time and attendance for production staff* Utilize ERP system (Infor) and production data to support decision-making* Maintain accurate records and reportingQualifications**Required*** 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume or mixed-model environment* Direct supervisory experience leading production teams* Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills* Experience in lean manufacturing environments* Strong problem-solving and communication skills* Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and mechanical drawings**Preferred*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field* Experience using ERP systems (Infor preferred)**Key Competencies*** Leadership and people development (priority focus)* Accountability and results orientation* Problem-solving and decision-making* Communication and collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
