Executive Sous Chef

If you're already doing most of the Executive Chef's job, it may be time your next move reflected it. I'm recruiting an Executive Sous Chef for a large international food business in Everett, MA. Salary is $70k-$105k. This is a substantial leadership role. You'll help run the full culinary operation, lead chefs and cooks, raise standards, improve systems and make sure quality survives contact with volume and deadlines. I'm looking for someone with: Strong high-volume kitchen leadership At least five years in large-scale food production Deep HACCP and food-safety knowledge Control of labor, inventory, purchasing, waste and budgets The credibility to coach people and hold standards Experience in international cuisine, process improvement, lean methods or highly regarded kitchens will help. Large-scale operational ability matters more than a fashionable name on the résumé. The package includes healthcare benefits, 401(k) eligibility and meals during your shift.
