HR Assistant
Our client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Chelmsford, MA
What's the Job?
- Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes
- Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate recruitment activities
- Generate and analyze reports related to workforce planning and hiring metrics
- Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization
What's Needed?
- Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred
- Ability to travel using personal vehicle on an as-needed basis
