HR Assistant

Our client is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team. As a HR Assistant, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chelmsford, MA

What's the Job?

  • Support in functional areas of the human resources department, including recruitment and employment processes
  • Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to facilitate recruitment activities
  • Generate and analyze reports related to workforce planning and hiring metrics
  • Coordinate candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent for the organization

What's Needed?

  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with ATS and VMS platforms is preferred
  • Ability to travel using personal vehicle on an as-needed basis
