HireAVac supplies and rents industrial HEPA vacuum systems used for silica dust control, concrete slurry recovery, asbestos and lead abatement support, restoration work and general industrial housekeeping across Houston and Texas.

Our customers are contractors, restoration companies, abatement specialists, manufacturing plants and industrial facilities that need equipment that actually holds up on a job site — and a supplier who answers the phone. We're looking for an Industrial Sales Representative to grow our Houston-area territory. You'll be responsible for finding new customers, running onsite equipment demonstrations, closing rental and equipment sales, and building long-term accounts with contractors and industrial facilities.

This is a field-based role. You'll spend your week in the market, not behind a desk.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business across Houston and the Texas Gulf Coast
• Sell and rent industrial HEPA vacuum systems and dust-control equipment
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, facility managers and safety leaders
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through delivery and follow-up
• Quote rentals, sales and consumables accurately and quickly
• Coordinate delivery, pickup and service scheduling with operations
• Attend industry events, trade shows and association meetings
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline notes and activity tracking
• Report on territory performance, forecast and competitive intelligence

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction or equipment markets
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts and close business
• Comfortable working on active construction and industrial job sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and demonstrate equipment safely
• Self-directed, organized and accountable for your own pipeline

Nice To Have

• Experience selling or renting industrial equipment, vacuums or dust-control systems
• Familiarity with OSHA silica regulations (29 CFR 1926.1153) and HEPA filtration
• Existing relationships with Houston-area contractors or industrial facilities
• Experience with CRM platforms and structured pipeline management

Is this an inside or outside sales position? This is primarily an outside, field-based sales role. You will spend most of your week visiting job sites, plants and contractor yards across the Houston area, with time set aside for quoting, follow-up and CRM work.

Do I need industrial vacuum experience? No. Industrial vacuum or dust-control experience helps, but it is not required. We provide full product training on the Dirt Eater equipment line. What matters most is B2B sales ability and comfort in industrial environments.

What territory would I cover? Houston, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Pasadena, Baytown, The Woodlands and the wider Texas Gulf Coast industrial corridor.

Is the compensation base plus commission? Yes. The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission tied to rental and equipment sales performance.
