Responsibilities: Prepare and review accuracy and detail of corporate tax returns and compliance Participate and assist with ASC 740 provisions calculation and related issues for financial statement reporting, including necessary financial statement disclosures Assist in all aspects of Federal, Multi-State, and indirect tax compliance related to domestic operations Maintain tax calendar, determination of nexus and related filing requirements, management of tax return preparation, and detailed review of all domestic tax returns and estimated tax payments Prepare compliance filings and follow up with correspondence This role will also help with personal and property tax filings, payroll tax, and research For related tax accounts, handle month-end activities, journal entries and accruals G/L account reconciliations and analysis Requirements: Bachelor's degree required Prior experience from public accounting (minimum 3 years) CPA license or on track for license Strong systems skills & strong communication skills Excellent Communication and analytical skills are a must If you meet these requirements, please apply and/or contact Thomas Trout.
