The Tax Department is conducting a national search for senior associates with a minimum of 4 years of law-firm experience dedicated to transactional tax matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A matters, partnership tax matters, private equity fund formation, capital markets, and financings. Salar range $310,00 to $420,000
